The AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) is the Governing Body in the United States of America for Radio Controlled Modeling and Activities. They represent much more than an Authority Figure encompassing the Nation of our Hobby! The AMA has many programs, stimulating and encouraging the Youth of America to participate in this wonderful hobby and teaching them leadership and sportsmanship. The aspects of the AMA are too numerous to list, so I encourage you to visit the AMA Website and learn what the AMA can offer you! Visit www.ModelAircraft.org. AMA President, Dave Mathewson, along with AMA District 4 Vice President, Bliss Teague, will honor us again this year and be on site for the 2010 Fly-for-Tots.
