This electric ducted fan (EDF) jet by Phase 3 is truly awesome! It is modeled after the famous U.S. F-16. I think the whole nation has
gone crazy over this thing, which is very understandable. It is a great deal and you get a lot of bang for your buck! It comes with
the 45-50,000 RPM brushless motor, a high-efficiency ducted fan unit, and a 30A brushless ESC! All you need to add is your battery and
receiver! It has elevon controls so you only need two micro servos. But even though it only has elevon controls, you would be absoulutely
amazed at how well this thing flies. It tracks great and flies like it's on rails. With the included stock setup, and a 25-30C 3S Li-Po,
maximum speed is between 80 and 82 MPH!!! It comes solid white with an extensive blue and red decal sheet (like in the top two pics on
the left), but a lot of people are using their imagination and coming up with all kinds of paint/covering jobs. You can see a few ideas
in extra pics below. *NOTE* If you use covering, be sure to run a test first and use very low heat to avoid melting the foam. Also be sure
to use foam safe paint if you decide to paint it.
To complete the EF-16 Jet you'll need: 2 of our 9 gram micro servos, a 3S Li-Po (a 2150mAh works great),
and your receiver and transmitter.
