Be sure to include your date of order,
your name, and what item(s) you ordered. This will assist us in
helping to get the quickest reply to you.
Having
Trouble Accessing our On-Line Catalog?: If you are
having difficulties in accessing our on-line catalog, it may be
due to the security settings of firewall programs you have
installed on your computer. Programs such as Norton Firewall and
others may block the CGI scripts used in our shopping cart
program. Try decreasing the security level of your firewall
software to access our on-line catalog.

Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Tuesday thru
Friday (Internet/Phone SALES staff are not available on Saturday). We're often in our
manufacturing area and very busy during the day, so if you get our answering machine, please simply drop us an
email. We are a small company and don't always have someone to stand by the phones and wait for a call.

we do ship to international addresses. There are
East R/C products on 4 continents, and in at least 25 countries (at last count) including: Australia, Canada,
Japan, Sweden, Russia, Norway, Brazil, Thailand, United
Kingdom, Finland, Ireland, Philippines, Malaysia, Germany, Denmark, and

several options when it comes to purchasing our products. We try
to make it as easy as possible to buy our stuff. Here's

On-Line Catalog
Place orders on-line
using our SSL secure shopping cart. We accept American Express, Discover, VISA and
MasterCard.
This is a great, and secure
way to purchase East R/C products 24 hours a day. We maintain everything on this
website in our normal inventory, and usually ship in 24-48 hours Tuesday through Friday. We'll contact you
if there are any delays.
